At Carbon86Parts, operated by GT Crafter LLC, we want customers to be confident in their purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and uninstalled.
- In the same condition in which it was received.
- Free from damage, modification, drilling, trimming, sanding, refinishing, or other alterations.
- Returned with any included hardware or accessories.
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If the original order included free shipping, Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC will absorb the original outbound shipping cost; it will not be deducted from the customer’s refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.
If Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC determines that the product arrived damaged, is defective, or that an incorrect item was sent, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
In these cases, the customer will not be charged a restocking fee, and Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, drilled, trimmed, sanded, refinished, or otherwise altered after delivery.
- Products damaged through improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, or improper care.
- Custom-made or specially modified products produced to a customer’s individual specifications, unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
- Items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not send a product back without contacting us first.
To request a return, contact Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC at info@carbon86parts.com with your order information and reason for the return.
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Products returned without prior authorization may delay processing of the return.
RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product back to us.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, particularly for carbon fiber components.
Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before reaching us.
For approved returns involving a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted.
For an approved change-of-mind return, the refund will equal the purchase price of the returned product minus the 15% restocking fee.
If applicable, original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an eligible product, contact us before returning it.
For products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC will work with you to determine the appropriate replacement or other resolution.
Change-of-mind exchanges may be handled as a return and a new purchase and may be subject to the 15% restocking fee.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Products sold by Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC include a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
- Improper installation or removal.
- Modification or alteration of the product.
- Accidents, impacts, abuse, or misuse.
- Improper cleaning, care, or maintenance.
- Exposure to excessive heat, harsh chemicals, or other damaging environmental conditions.
- UV-related fading, yellowing, discoloration, or finish degradation resulting from prolonged exposure or insufficient UV protection and maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by other vehicle components or modifications.
Carbon fiber components require proper care and maintenance. Regular use of an appropriate automotive UV-protective product is recommended to help preserve the finish and appearance, particularly for components exposed to direct sunlight.
If you believe your product has a warranty-related defect, contact us with your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC will evaluate warranty claims individually. An approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend beyond one year from the original delivery date.
