OUR story
2018
STARTED AS A HOBBY
Carbon86Parts began with composite projects made for my own Scion FR-S. After sharing them online, other owners began asking for parts of their own.
2020
FROM HOBBY TO BUSINESS
Growing interest from the 86 community turned a personal hobby into building carbon fiber parts for other FR-S, 86 and BRZ owners.
2023
A NEW WAY OF BUILDING
3D scanning, CAD and 3D printing changed the process, making it possible to develop original designs and full carbon replacement parts from the ground up.
TODAY
REFINING THE PLATFORM
Today the focus is on applying everything learned over the years to a refined new product line, adding modern functionality while preserving the original character of the car.
Carbon86Parts is a one-person operation built around a genuine enthusiasm for the FR-S / 86 / BRZ platform. I design, develop and manufacture the parts myself, using my own FR-S as both inspiration and a real-world development platform.
The goal has never been to simply cover the car in carbon fiber. Each project is an opportunity to rethink a part, improving its materials, design or functionality while keeping it at home in the original interior.
