OUR PRODUCTS
Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC specializes in handcrafted, low-volume automotive components. Many of our products are produced using carbon fiber and other composite materials and are manufactured using processes that involve substantial hand finishing.
Because of the handcrafted nature of these products, minor variations in carbon-fiber weave, surface appearance, finish, dimensions, and fitment may occur between individual parts. These minor variations are normal characteristics of low-volume composite manufacturing and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Product photographs are representative of the product offered. Because each carbon-fiber component is individually manufactured, the exact weave pattern and appearance of the product received may differ slightly from photographs shown on the website.
FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their vehicle, model year, configuration, and intended application before installation.
Our products are designed to provide proper fitment for the applications stated on the applicable product page. However, due to normal vehicle manufacturing tolerances and the handcrafted nature of low-volume composite components, minor installation adjustment may occasionally be required to achieve optimal fit and alignment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, installation is the responsibility of the customer.
Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or removal, incorrect use, modification of the product, or installation on a vehicle or application for which the product was not designed.
CARBON FIBER CARE AND ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE
Carbon-fiber components require appropriate care to preserve their appearance and longevity.
Prolonged ultraviolet (UV) exposure can degrade automotive finishes over time. Regular use of appropriate automotive UV protection is recommended, particularly for components exposed to direct sunlight.
Products should also be protected from excessive heat, harsh chemicals, improper cleaning products, and other environmental conditions that may damage the finish or composite structure.
Damage or deterioration resulting from improper care, excessive UV exposure, excessive heat, chemical exposure, misuse, or other environmental conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our limited warranty.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Colors and surface appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, displays, and individual material characteristics.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other website content.
IN-STOCK AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products may be offered either from available inventory or on a made-to-order basis.
In-stock products will generally be prepared for shipment after the order has been processed.
For made-to-order products, estimated production or lead times will be stated on the applicable product page. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, manufacturing requirements, or other circumstances.
If a significant delay occurs with a made-to-order product, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated status to the customer.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges, when required, will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

VEHICLE MODIFICATION AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Carbon86Parts products are aftermarket automotive components.
The customer is responsible for determining whether installation or use of a product is appropriate for their vehicle and complies with any laws, regulations, inspection requirements, warranty requirements, or other rules applicable to their vehicle or location.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC does not represent that installation of a product will preserve any vehicle manufacturer’s warranty or other third-party warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the installation, use, misuse, modification, or removal of our products.
Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC is not responsible for damage to a vehicle, other components, or property resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, excessive heat, improper care, environmental exposure, or use of a product outside its intended application.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding, and other original content appearing on Carbon86Parts.com are owned by or used with permission of Carbon86Parts / GT Crafter LLC.
